Open Public Events include festivals, concerts, community gatherings, races, cook-offs, and any other event open to the public that is located at a City facility and in a City park.
If you are interested in hosting an Open Public Event, please follow the steps below:
1. Take a look at the Open Public Event Packet (PDF) to familiarize yourself with the process.
2. Review our Facility Pricing Sheet to understand possible costs you might incur.
3. Complete and submit an Open Public Event Application. The application must be submitted at least 60 days prior to your desired event date. A department representative will contact you regarding whether or not your event is approved.
