This project will replace an existing waterline currently serving homes from the rear property line to a new 8” water main proposed on Briarwood Drive with services coming into the property from the front property line.
Drainage Improvements are proposed adjacent to the Grande parcel as well as the rear portion of the Ember Industries and Grifol's Biomat properties, storm sewer upgrades near Aspen Heights Apartments and a combination detention/water quality pond is proposed adjacent the Hilton Garden Inn.
Topographic survey is complete. All adjacent property owners to this project have been notified of the proposed improvements by mail.
Subsurface utility exploration is complete. Geotechnical borings/infiltration testing on the property adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn is complete. Archeological excavation is scheduled early 2021 in conjunction with a required environmental study if federal funds are used for the drainage portion of this project. 60% design plans are scheduled for submission to the City early 2021.
