Final Draft and Adoption

Following the public draft stage of the project in December, 2020, staff and consultants, Winter and Company, developed the final draft of recommended changes to our existing downtown architectural standards and guidelines. This final draft incorporated revisions based on community input in December. The final draft followed a series of public meetings and was considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council for final adoption.
