Free Mulch: located at 3 site around the community, mulch is available 24/7 for residents to pickup on their own.
Locations for Mulch: Dunbar Park (801 W MLK) close to the playground; Archie St (dead end) off Craddock; and Del Sol (dead end) close to Parkdale.
