The Neighborhood Commission welcomes written and oral comments from Citizens at regular meetings.

Written Comments


Citizens may use the comment sheets provided in the Lobby at City Hall. Comments sheets submitted to the staff liaison by 5:45 p.m. on the day of the Neighborhood Commission meeting will be copied and distributed to the commission members. A citizen who wishes to submit other written material should submit the material to the city staff liaison via email.

Forms for Speaking During Neighborhood Commission Meetings

30-Minute Citizen Comment Period


Citizens wishing to speak must sign in at the lobby desk from 8 a.m. to 5:45 pm prior to the meeting. Speakers will have one opportunity to speak during the time period, and they must observe the 3-minute time limit.
