The City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation Department will host the final party of the 2019 Party in Your Park series on Friday, Oct. 11 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Eddie Durham Park, 205 Martin Luther King Dr.

Party in Your Park is a free event series that brings City-sponsored, family-friendly fun and games to the City’s neighborhood parks four times a year. These events are open to the public.

Activities include Gaga Ball, Mega Jenga, Giant Connect Four and other oversized yard games. Anisa’s Express will provide free barrel train rides for all guests from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Healthy snacks and refreshments will be provided at no cost. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or folding chairs if seating is preferred.

The Parks and Recreation Department would like to thank Grande Communications and Ted Miska Insurance Agency, Inc. for their generous support as the “Life of the Party” sponsors, and Ault & Ault Orthodontics as the “Social Butterfly” sponsor of Party in Your Park.
