The City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation Spring Break Camp will be held at Dunbar Recreation Center, 801 Martin Luther King Dr, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Monday, Mar. 16 through Friday, Mar. 20.
Parks and Recreation Department staff will keep children active and entertained with games, crafts, and many other fun recreational activities. Campers will also go on various field trips, including to the San Marcos Children’s Park playscape, San Marcos Discovery Center, Sunset Bowling Lanes, Starplex Theater, and Inflatable Wonderland in San Antonio.
The fee is $150 per child and all children enrolled must be between the ages of five and 11. Children are not required to live in the City of San Marcos in order to attend. Children must bring their own lunch each day and a morning snack if desired; an afternoon snack will be provided.
Children can be registered at the Parks and Recreation Main Office, 401 E. Hopkins, or by calling 512.393.8400. Space is limited, early registration is encouraged.
