San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter ‘Pets of the Week’

Cat of the Week:  Ricky Ricardo

This boy is all about the cuddles! Ricky Ricardo is a four-year-old domestic short hair. He may be a little nervous in new environments, but once he is comfortable, he will happily lay in your lap or find a good window to gaze out of. Ricky Ricardo is already litter box trained, and would be a great fit for any calm and relaxed household.

Dog of the Week: Blueberry

Blueberry is a shy girl just looking for love. This one-year-old Shepherd mix is nervous when you initially meet her, but loves pets and cuddles when she warms up. Blueberry is potty trained, and would do great with a family that will give her the time and attention she needs to get comfortable.

All adoptions include the pet’s spay or neuter, kennel vaccinations, rabies vaccination, microchip and city license. For more information or to adopt one of our Pets of the Week, visit or contact Animal Services at (512) 805-2650.
