   The San Marcos City Council will be discussing a fee-in-lieu of parking in the downtown T5 area during a Code SMTX workshop on September 27, at 5:30PM in the City Council chambers. The City Council would like to hear your perspective on what would make a fee-in-lieu program successful in San Marcos.
