City Council Discussion Item Request

  1. If you have a City Council Discussion Item, you may submit it through our Request Form. Please complete the entire request form. Please provide as much detail as possible for staff research needed prior to meeting.

    The Mayor of two City Council Members may direct staff to place an item on an agenda for a City Council meeting of workshop. If two Council Members wish to direct placement of a discussion item on a meeting agenda, they must separately contact the staff, and the contact must occur before the Mayor sets the agenda for the meeting.
