The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids for construction services to build a new underground distribution system to increase the electric reliability at the City's wastewater treatment plant. Once this system is in service, the electric utilities for the wastewater treatment plant will be completely underground and will be able to address any future expansion of the wastewater treatment plant. Estimated construction cost is $750,000.
A non-mandatory pre-bid video conference will be held on December 1, 2020, at 2:00 PM, Local Time. For access instructions to the pre-bid video conference can be located at the top of the www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement site. Please submit video conference request at least 30 minutes to conference.

All sealed bids/proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Manager, 630 East Hopkins Street, Building 4, San Marcos, Texas prior to the due date and time stipulated in the solicitation documents by U.S. Postal Service, overnight delivery service or special mail carrier delivery service only.
