Beginning March 1, 2019, all City Utilities Customers will receive a new, easier to read utility bill.
What’s in the Bill?
• Your new utility bill will now be double-sided, allowing quicker access to information about your account and services, while also conserving paper.
• The front of your bill gives you a quick view of the account status, balance, and usage history.
• The back will provide charge details, additional options and contact information.
