Passport to Reading Challenge & Chat

December 19, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

December’s challenge is to read a book set in a country that fascinates you. Join us for our Book Chat. Bring your ‘Brown Bag’ lunch and chat about books.

Creation Station

December 19, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Get in the holiday spirit and decorate your room! Make a Christmas tree from recycled materials. All supplies provided. For ages 4-10.

Christmas Ornament Origami and Live Christmas Music with Laurie & Larry Jasinski

December 19, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Enjoy a holiday craft while listening to live music! Local artist Michael Hannon will lead the creation of stunning Christmas origami ornaments. Ornament instruction begins at 6 p.m. Then, enjoy original Christmas tunes by sibling musicians Laurie and Larry Jasinski starting at 7 p.m. Patrons are welcome to come for one, or stay for both. Light Christmas refreshments will be provided.

Puppet Show! Too Much Noise at Santa’s House

December 20, 10 and 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The library puppeteers perform a puppet show for all ages.
