Therefore, the application is subject to the demolition delay for historic age resources ordinance (Ordinance 2019-41).
The Historic Preservation Commission of the City of San Marcos will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street, on Thursday, April 2, 2020 at 5:45 p.m. to consider the 90-day demolition delay period and discuss alternatives to demolition and methods for potential preservation of historic character of the property.
