Dog of the Week: Miranda (49709023)
Miranda is a 3-year-old Hound/Mix who's more than ready to find a human that will give her a life filled with adventure and love! This 54-pound girl loves to play outside and enjoys making other dog friends in the process. Miranda is a very calm girl with low energy. Although she loves taking naps, she also loves doing fun things with her human. Due to her past, she doesn't enjoy going on walks with a leash. However, since being at the shelter, she has really come out of her shell and will be going on runs and long walks in no time! Come meet her today and give her a second chance at having a better life.
Cat of the Week: Hunt (50057911)
Hunt has an amazing personality, is very handsome, and is quite photogenic. What more could you ask for?! This 12-pound boy is only a year old and has the most kissable cheeks. Hunt loves getting lots of pets and attention; he's just a big lovebug! His guilty pleasures are catnip toys in the shape of a mouse and any chicken-flavored treats. Hunt is ready be adopted and hopes you'll come meet him and see his striking eyes in person!
Both pets are available for adoption at the San Marcos Regional Shelter. All adoptions are $97 and include spay/neuter, vet exam, vaccinations and a microchip.
