Texas State University brings activities from its popular Mathworks camp to the library, making math fun for ages 8-13.

Criminal Justice: Reform Efforts in Texas

Join Mano Amiga for an educational presentation on criminal justice reform efforts in Texas, and how that pertains locally to San Marcos.

Home Beer Brewing

Wednesday, March 27

6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

This free course will cover the significance of home brewing, as well as styles of beer including variations of yeast, color, flavors, aroma, alcohol and carbonation, the supplies and ingredients needed, and a dry demonstration of how to brew beer at home. 

After Hours Concert: Classical Music of India

Sunday, March 31

7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Join us in celebrating spring with a special after-hours library concert. Renowned classical artists Indrajit Banerjee (Sitar), Indradeep Ghosh (Violin), and Gourisankar (Tabla), will fill the library with the sounds of India’s oldest tunes. Free and open to the public. Snacks and tea provided.
