[ARCHIVED] Annual SMFD Awards Ceremony

Jana Green received retirement recognition after 24 years of service.

The Annual SMFD Awards Ceremony was held on May 31, 2019. Here are some highlights below:

Matano 25 year service

Captain Jonathan Henderson Phoenix Award

Captain Jonathan Henderson received the prestigious Phoenix Award for his quick and skillful actions during the October Llano Flood which resulted in the saving of another person's life. He is pictured here (left) with Fire Chief, Les Stephens.
