Safety Management and ADA Compliance Plan

  1. This form must be completed and submitted 30 days prior to the event.

  2. *Please make sure your setup and cleanup time is included in your event time

  3. Site map must include the layout of the grounds for your event. Tents, food trucks, stage, electrical needs, vendors, etc., if applicable, must all be notated on the map.

  6. As with any outdoor event, there is potential for injury to the participants. The types of injuries are various and include those that are heat-related as well as traumatic injuries.*
