The City of San Marcos is soliciting bids, as outlined below:

Solicitation Number: IFB 223-061                     S. Guadalupe St. Tree Maintenance

Scope of Project: Includes installation of tree grates, tree maintenance, and irrigation maintenance for nine (9) Montezuma Cypress trees that were recently planted on S. Guadalupe St. between MLK and railroad tracks. Estimated construction cost is approximately $48,450.

A non-mandatory pre-bid video conference will be held on February 7, 2023, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time. Access instructions to the pre-bid video conference can be located at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement.

Bids must be received by emailing only to , no later than February 16, 2023, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time. The bid tabulation will be posted at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement within 24 hours of bid due date.
