The City of San Marcos (“the City”) requests Proposals from interested qualified Respondents to provide specified residential inspection services for Community Development Block Grants (“CDBG”) and other funding sources on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the terms and Scope of Work specified herein.   Initial Projects are funded by CDBG Entitlement and CDBG-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) directly allocated to the City by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as by the American Rescue Plan.
