    Discovery Camp is a nine-week program developed for children ages 5-10. The program is offered from Jun. 14 to Aug. 13, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Campers will have the chance to be outside, build things, work as a team, develop leadership skills and have fun! Children will participate in a variety of activities, including science experiments, arts and crafts, games, and more! Program enrollment is limited to 26 children per week.     Summer Fun is a nine-week program developed for children ages 7-13.     Keep San Marcos Beautiful and the Habitat Conservation Plan host a monthly Hot Spot Clean Up on the 1st Saturday of each month. The location varies each month to areas that need extra care.     Summer Fun is a 9-week long camp hosted by the City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation Department for kids ages 7-13 (they can be 6 if they have completed the first grade) at Hernandez Elementary. Camp runs from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Breakfast and lunch are provided by SMCISD and one field trip per week is included in camp.
